Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This full time position is responsible for all-around excellent customer service. Greets customers, cashes out customers, provides store telephone support, processes customer returns, accepts payments on accounts, assists in maintaining the order and cleanliness of check-out area, answers customers’ questions, provides sales assistance and resolves any complaints or concerns.
· Customer service experience required.
· Must be minimum 18 years old.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Excellent public relations and verbal communication skills; reading, writing and math skills.
This position requires availability during all store hours (below), with a minimum two Saturdays per month. Full-time associates work 38+ hours per week with overtime pay for hours worked over 40/week.
.JAY-K Store Hours: M-F – 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sat. 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
All full-time JAY-K positions require availability during all store hours (below) including 2 or 3 required Saturdays per month. JAY-K Store Hours: Monday–Friday 7am–6pm; Saturday 7am–1pm. Full-time associates work 38+ hours per week with overtime pay for hours worked over 40/week. All applicants must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
