Sanded Plywood: Exterior grade. Excellent appearance, durability and dimensional stability. Smooth face, excellent machinability. 4x8 - 1/4", 3/8".
Sheathing/Construction Plywood: JAY-K stocks both high quality fir and yellow pine plywood. Great for walls and roofs as well as general use, these exterior grade plywoods work great in a wide variety of applications. Fir plywood tends to be stiffer and more stable. Yellow pine is a great value and widely used. We have both in stock. Fir: 4x8 - 1/2" 5 ply, 5/8" 3/4". Pine: 4x8 - 3/8", 1/2" 4 ply, 5/8", 3/4".
Underlayment: Fir, yellow pine and AdvanTech available in stock. Generally tongue and groove (T&G), underlayment is the choice for a stiff, rigid, squeak-free floor.
AdvanTech flooring panels: High-performance structural panels engineered for more strength and stiffness to enhance floor performance. Builders say that AdvanTech makes your floors moresolid and less likely to bounce. 50-year limited warranty. AdvanTech: 4x8 - 3/4" T&G. Fir: 4x8 - 3/4" T&G. Pine 4x8 - 3/4" T&G, 1/2" square edge.
AdvanTech ZIP Panels: Zip System® roof and wall sheathing offers structural panels with a built-in protective overlays that eliminate the need for housewrap or felt forever. Simply install the panels, tape the seams with the specially designed ZIP™ System tape and you're done.
AdvanTech Sheathing Panels: In addition to AdvanTech Underlayment, JAY-K also stocks AdvanTech sheathing panels. AdvanTech provides superior performance in walls or roofs. 4x8 1/2" square edge and 5/8" T&G.
OSB (Oriented Strand Board): Commonly used in all types of construction. This isn't old-fashioned "waferboard"—OSB is an engineered panel designed to be a plywood substitute. 4x8 - 7/16".
Hardwood Plywood: Top grade birch, oak and knotty pine in stock. We’ll cut to your size, and only sell you what you need, so if you don’t need a full sheet you don’t pay for it. 1/4", 1/2", 3/4".
